1. The College provides two common rooms, one for the man and the other for the women students of the college.

2. All students of the college shall be the members of the common room. They shall have to pay annual subscription at the time of admission.

3. The students should relax in the common room during leisure periods. Indoor games and newspapers are provided in the common room.

4. There shall be an executive committee consisting of the following.
(a) President-Principal-(Ex-Officio)
(b) Vice-President-To be nominated by the Principal from among the members of teaching staff.
(c) A member of the teaching staff will be nominated by the Principal to remain in charge of the women students common room.
(d) The Secretary and the Assistant Secretary to be elected by all the students of the college.

5. The funds of the common room shall be under the control of the Principal. All expenditure shall be incurred with the approval of the Principal.

6. The Secretary shall -organise indoor games and shall arrange various competitions with approval of the Vice-President.

7. The Principal's decision in all matters shall be final.
