1. President(+3 3rd Year Classes)
2. Vice-President(+3 2nd Year Classes)

1. Secretary(From any +3 Classes)
2. Asst. Secretary(From any +3 1st year classes)

One Class representative from each class and one women student representative from any +3 classes.

Dramatic Society
1. Secretary (From any +3 classes)
2. Asst. Secretary(From any +3 classes)

one representative from each +3 classes.

Athletic Club
1. Secretary (From any +3 classes)
2. Asst. Secretary(From any +3 classes)

one representative from each +3 classes.

Common Room
1. Secretary (From any +3 classes)
2. Asst. Secretary(From any +3 classes)

one representative from each +3 classes.

S.S.Guild
1. Secretary (From any +3 classes)

one representative from each +3 classes.

Day Scholar Association

Any bonafied student having readmitted and renewed his identity card of +3 classes for the session is eligible for a candidate / proposer/seconder / a voter.
