Like NSS, NCC and YRC, Rovers and Rangers Units of Charampa Mahavidya is fully dedicated for preparing of boys and girls students to serve the distressed people during natural calamities like flood, drought and cyclone, etc. Those units meet the need of youth to adjust easily to challenges of present day and contribute to the positive development of the society in which they live. Now-a-days Rovering and Rangering in Odisha is going to create a revolution in the young minds and it is emerging as an essential character building programme.
